Acorn Class have had the most magical December!
6th Jan 2026
We spent time writing our very special letters to Father Christmas, working so hard on our letter formation, cutting, and sticking skills. The children showed such determination and pride in their work. We were incredibly lucky that our school postmaster collected our letters and sent them all the way to the North Pole. The excitement on the children’s faces was priceless, and I truly hope each of them received something they wished for — they certainly deserved it.
We’ve also been embracing the Christmas spirit through lots of festive activities, from decorating our classroom trees to exploring the 5 Es within our ICT syllabus. The boys have shown such curiosity and joy in everything they do.
One of our favourite parts of the week continues to be Attention Autism. It has been a beautiful way to build engagement, communication, and shared laughter. Watching the children grow in confidence, make requests, and enjoy these moments together has been a real highlight of the term.
I am so proud of every single pupil in Acorn Class — their kindness, effort, and enthusiasm make our classroom a very special place.
